| Eligibility of Tenderer : | Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date Trade license, up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate and valid VAT registration certificate.A minimum of three (3) years of general experience A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 25 (Twenty Five) lakh under a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh over a period of five (5) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakh over the last five (5) years (best three (3) years in the last five (5) years). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five ) Lakh.The Tender will be non-responsive if the Quoted price is not within 10 percent less or 10 percent above than the official cost estimate. Satisfy other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet. |
