Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
| Eligibility of Tenderer : | The minimum years of experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Medical Lab equipment and related services as Supplier shall be 10 years..The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10 lakh.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 13 lakh Bank statement showing Liquid assets must be issued within 15 days of publication of tender or Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be unconditional and PG2-5 form to be used. Any other format is not acceptable.
After Opening, the tenderers will have to submit a sample of each item. This will be verified by the designated committee during evaluation of the tender. If submitted sample accepted by the committee then the tenderer will be responsive provided the other documents are ok. Otherwise it could be non responsive. Manufacturer authorization and assurance certificate of supply of spare parts for next 05(Five) years to be provided. Tenderers shall submit the following documents: |
