| Eligibility of Tenderer : | This IFT is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:
(a). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of similar nature of works, (Wooden & Steel furniture) i.e. any Wooden & Steel furniture manufacture successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 47.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows: In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (b). The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 40.00 Lac for within the last five (03) years. (c). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 55.00 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (d) Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate (e) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS & PCC of tender documents. |
