(i) Having up-to-date Trade License (FY: 2020-21) ii) Having Valid e-Tin/TIN and VAT Registration Certificate. (FY:2020-2021) iii) Having Up-to-Date Income Tax Clearance Certificate iv) Having up-to-date ABC and Supervisory License (FY: FY:2020-2021) v) Having minimum period of general experience of 5(five) years vi) Having Specific Experience in successful completion of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Similar Nature Goods (CCTV) of taka 35.00 Lac in a single Tender within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT (vii) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer. (viii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate have to be given by owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. (ix) Having minimum Liquid Asset/Credit Facility of Tk.30.00 Lac . (xi) Meeting all other terms and condition as specified in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). |
