• Job Location: Madhabdi, Narsingdi ; Belkuchi, Sirajganj

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality benchmark of the products
• Guide and take necessary steps to minimize cost and rejection rate of the products
• Check the sample, requisition sheet and costing sheet before approval
• Plan, supervise, and monitor the production process to supply products within lead time
• Assist to develop the process as per the organizational needs.
• Guide and motivate to the producers, suppliers and weavers
• Distribute error free design/order to producers/ suppliers on time

Additional Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience on merchandising or any other textile sector

• Knowledge of yarn, fabric, weaving / knitting, dyeing & finishing process, garments manufacturing process etc.
