The above experience/work completion certificate in a prescribed Form A (attached herewith) shall have to be submitted as follows: i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2.00 Lac within the last 05 years. d) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset as Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.70 Lac. e) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License. f) Clear images and videoes of pre-work condition of the site duely authenticated by Enginner-in-Charge or SDE shall have to be attached herewith.
