Job Context

• Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Ltd. (SCRM) The leading Manufacturer of MS rebar & Sectional items in the country, is looking for “Sr. Manager -Marketing & Sales (Khulna Division)“ for its office at Shampur, Kadamtoli, Dhaka 1204.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Marketing and sales of Total Khulna Division.
• Capable to lead the team members, set-up strong Dealers’ network.
• Ensure collection of sales proceeds.
• To meet the objectives and targets of Sales.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Team Player/Leader of a Marketing Team.
• Monitoring the status of approval / per-production /delivery /Pending delivery.
• Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
• Must be capable to apply credit control policy.

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years
• At least 10 years in same field (Retired army officer is preferable).
