• Thorough understanding of E- Learning processes.
• Identify and assess the E-Learning needs of the organization.

• Develop E- Learning manuals/materials that target tangible results.
• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that E-Learning is meeting business needs and improving performance.
• Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver E-Learning.
• Strong communication skill in Bengali and English.
• Problem solving & decision making capacity.
• Should have sound knowledge about E- Learning software and computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
• Capable to work under pressure.
• Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
• Amicable personality & Positive attitude.
