• The Individual Is Primarily Responsible To Serve Card Customers & Contribute To Revenue Generation For T Bank

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome the card members at Amex Lounge.
• The incumbent need to handle all customer queries, requests, complains and disputes patiently and appropriately according to policy.
• Collect all required documents as per policy.
• Maintain proper database of all guests efficiently.
• Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize bank’s earnings.
• Meet collaborative business target.
• Co-ordinate & follow up with relevant departments to provide smooth customer services.
