Chatbot Builder/ Social Media Specialist

We need a young & energetic Chatbot Builder who will be responsible for the following task:

Developing Conversational Flows in the chatbot and build the chatbot. Develop and ensure responsive chatbot by training. Monitoring Chatbot Performance. Presenting Chatbot efficiency reports to Management and Clients. Communicate, Follow-up, and Resolve issues of Clients for designated projects. Communicate with Product Team regarding product issues, enhancement of product features, and client’s new requirements/complaints/ feedback etc. Work closely with Clients to convert requirements into business requirements and collaborate with Business Development teams to ensure delivery of the highly scalable projects.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Good analytical, planning, and coordination skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office

Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners
Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline
